Main responsibilities of the position: \- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical and plumbing installations; \- Carry out painting work on surfaces; \- Perform minor civil repairs, such as floor replacement, roof repairs, and others; \- Conduct routine periodic inspections to ensure proper system operation; Requirements: \- Proven experience in painting, minor civil repairs, plumbing, and electrical work. \- Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently; \- Ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
