Participate in the development of the Quality Management System, leading processes related to Clinical Safety Management, including evaluation and validation of clinical/medical protocols and documents; 2\. Monitor clinical processes and indicators, manage adverse events, and develop risk management; 3\. Participate in the implementation, development, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of Strategic Planning, Process Management, Audits and Certifications, and Clinical Safety Management processes; 4\. Lead the implementation of activities related to the Clinical Safety Matrix, safety protocols, and risk, notification, and incident management across hospital departments; 5\. Manage incident notifications and monitor related clinical process follow-ups according to established methodology; 6\. Perform assigned tasks with a focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes, assisting with vacation, leave, and emergency shift coverage as needed or upon request by the immediate supervisor. 7\. Use resources (equipment, PPE, materials, and facilities) responsibly, immediately reporting any issues or changes to the supervisor and safeguarding institutional assets. 8\. Fully comply with the Integrity Code and the Institutional Service Excellence Standard. 9\.
