




Job Summary: Professional to provide N2-level support/system maintenance, incident tracking, dashboard monitoring, log analysis, and crisis room operations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in crisis rooms and coordination of actions #### **Responsibilities** * Monitor incident queues, perform initial analysis, implement fixes or escalate to N3. * Build and monitor monitoring dashboards, create KPIs, and document maintenance processes. * Participate in crisis rooms (Warrooms), propose solutions, and coordinate actions. * Operationalize and optimize palliative support workflows. * Analyze logs in Dynatrace, Kibana, and Datadog to identify and resolve issues. #### **Requirements** * Experience in N2-level support or system maintenance. * Knowledge of log analysis and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Kibana, Datadog). * Experience with the Java programming language. * Database knowledge. #### **Skills** * Analytical ability to diagnose problems and incidents. * Ability to create and track performance indicators. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in multidisciplinary teams. * Preferred: Knowledge of scripting and data processing tools (e.g., UC4). * Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceNow. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, TotalPass ### **Department:** Corp
