Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer with an entrepreneurial mindset to technically lead the team, architect and develop SaaS/B2B digital products, and influence strategic planning. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership and architecture of SaaS/B2B digital products. 2. Full Stack development (React Native, NestJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP). 3. Building innovative solutions with AI/LLMs and automation. **About the opportunity:** We seek a Senior Developer with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical capability, and experience building SaaS/B2B digital products. You will be directly responsible for product architecture, technology stack definition, backlog execution, full-stack development, and technical team leadership. **Responsibilities and Activities**: * Develop, structure, and scale SaaS/B2B digital products (mobile and web); * Serve as the platform's lead developer: coding, architecture, testing, integrations, and deployment; * Plan, prioritize, and manage the technical backlog jointly with the product team; * Define the technology stack, development standards, best practices, and security guidelines; * Execute end\-to\-end ownership: analysis, architecture, development, testing, documentation, and delivery; * Integrate systems, APIs, and cloud services (AWS/GCP); * Mentor and oversee the team's work; * Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver features and continuous improvements; * Participate in the company’s strategic planning, influencing technology decisions and roadmap; * Directly contribute to evolving a scalable, robust, and modern environment; * Build solutions involving AI/LLMs, automation, and advanced algorithms. **Requirements:** * Experience developing digital products, mobile apps, and SaaS/B2B models; * Proficiency in Full Stack: Frontend: React Native; Backend: NestJS / Node.js; Database: PostgreSQL; Cloud: AWS and/or GCP; * Experience with scalable architectures, microservices, integrations, and APIs; * Experience in startups, technology squads, and building products from scratch; * Technical English for reading, documentation, and development tools; * Strong ability to solve complex problems; * Knowledge of AI, LLMs, machine learning models, or deep professional interest in the topic; * Ability to plan, document, and structure stacks and processes; • * Experience with repositories, version control, clean source code, and engineering best practices. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
