What You’ll Do? As a Mid-Level Developer, you will: - Develop and implement technological solutions that promote efficiency and transparency in the public sector; - Work on projects that directly impact people’s lives by simplifying governmental processes; - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand needs and transform challenges into relevant systems; - Ensure application quality, security, and scalability; - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the company’s adopted processes and technologies. Benefits - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Meal or food allowance - Remote work allowance - Life insurance **Requirements and Qualifications** Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using Java; - Work with JBOSS or Wildfly servers; - Develop and consume RESTful APIs; - Work with messaging systems; - Manipulate and integrate data in JSON and XML formats (XST, XSLT, XSD); - Focus on code quality, adhering to team best practices and standards; - Ability to write and maintain automated tests (unit and integration); - Actively participate in code reviews and grow alongside the technical team; - Collaborate with the team in continuously delivering solutions, integrating into CI/CD pipelines. Technical Requirements - Proven experience in Java software development, preferably focused on public-sector solutions; - Completed higher education degree (technologist, undergraduate, and/or lato sensu and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in Information Technology; - Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis); - Familiarity with Docker, Git version control, and CI/CD processes; - Knowledge of version control and build tools (Git, Maven); - Commitment to Clean Code principles, striving to enhance technical autonomy.
