Direct collaboration with founders to enhance the product **Interested candidates should send CVs to: brenda@rehva.com.br and gabriela.castro@rehva.com.br** **Position Summary:** As a Mid-Level Developer (Python, Django, and AI), you will contribute to the company's AI development — processing thousands of customer interactions per week — by building new features, integrating the tool with various real estate CRMs and ERPs, participating in architecture and infrastructure decisions, ensuring platform scalability for high daily interaction volumes, and collaborating directly with founders to refine the company’s strategic product. **Company Summary:** A real estate startup focused on optimizing sales, leasing, and customer management through communication centralization and process automation. It also stands out for its agile and innovative environment, with a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented culture. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** Be one of the primary developers of our AI system, already handling thousands of interactions per week; Build new AI features (payments, maintenance, ticket creation); Connect AI with various real estate CRMs and ERPs; Frequently participate in product architecture and infrastructure decisions; Help scale AI to handle thousands of daily interactions without crashing or downtime; Work directly with founders to evolve the company’s most strategic product. **Requirements and Technical Qualifications:** Strong proficiency in Python + Django (minimum 2 years of experience); Practical experience with task queues (Celery or similar), Docker, Postgres, Redis; Solid experience with API integrations (RESTful, webhooks, authentication, OAuth); Experience with code architecture. **Desirable Differentiators:** Experience with conversational AI, agents, LLM orchestration, tools, LangChain/PydanticAI/RAG, etc.; Familiarity with frontend frameworks, especially Vue.js; Frontend knowledge including inheritance, models, Celery (Python) **Soft Skills:** Entrepreneurial mindset: you understand the purpose of our work, conduct benchmarking, and care about the business; Proactive attitude and ownership: if something isn’t right, you take initiative, propose solutions, and implement improvements without waiting for instructions; Strong technical communication: ability to document issues, record solutions, and effectively collaborate with the team. **Employment Type:** PJ **Work Mode:** Remote
