With offices in Uberlândia (MG) and São Paulo (SP), and team members across hundreds of cities, TQI has earned and maintained the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for over six years, and ranks in the GPTW Top 80+ Technology list—reinforcing its commitment to fostering a diverse, innovative, and high-performance environment. **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Employment Type:** CLT **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related fields) or relevant experience; * Knowledge of **data structures** and the **object-oriented programming paradigm**; * Experience with **distributed systems** and **microservices**; * Experience with programming languages **Java and/or Kotlin**; * Experience with the **Spring framework (Boot, Data, Cloud, etc.)**; * Experience with **Git, Gradle/Maven**, and **CI/CD tools**; * Experience with **relational databases**, such as Oracle; * Experience developing **REST APIs**; * Experience with asynchronous communication using message brokers **(Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)**; * Experience with system monitoring tools and practices, such as **New Relic, Grafana, ELK, etc.**; * Experience with **test automation**; * Knowledge of **AWS** (S3, CloudWatch, EC2, etc.). **Your Responsibilities:** * Evaluate, discuss, and contribute to system architecture definition; * Translate business requirements into architectures and systems; * Analyze, document, code, review, debug, test, and deliver applications; * Monitor the environment and proactively implement actions to ensure platform health; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams; * Contribute to engineering process improvements. **What We Offer:** You’ll join diverse, high-performing teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
