Job Summary: Tegra is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Developer to develop and maintain robust services, participating in the full development lifecycle within a collaborative environment. Tegra is looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our engineering team, developing and maintaining robust services that power our digital solutions. You will work on real projects, with autonomy and close cross-team collaboration. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain high-availability RESTful APIs and backend services; Model and optimize queries in relational databases (PostgreSQL); **Participate in the full software development lifecycle:** design, implementation, testing, and deployment; Collaborate with frontend and data teams for system integration; Write automated tests (unit and integration) and ensure quality coverage; Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of the team’s technical standards. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU **Proficiency in at least two of the following languages:** Python, Node.js, or Java; **Experience with PostgreSQL:** relational modeling, indexing, transactions, and performance tuning; **Strong software development practices:** clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns; Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab); Experience with Docker and containerized environments; Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth). ADDITIONAL ASSETS **Experience with messaging systems:** Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar; Understanding of microservices architecture; Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.); Experience with load and performance testing (k6, Locust).
