Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level Back-end Developer to work in agile squads, developing and maintaining robust and scalable solutions, contributing to performance, security, and user experience. Focus on performance optimization, security, and scalability We are looking for a Mid-level Back\-end Developer to work on the development and maintenance of robust and scalable solutions. The candidate will join agile squads, participating in the entire software lifecycle — from planning to maintenance — directly contributing to performance, security, and end-user experience. If you have solid technical expertise, autonomy, and enjoy working on challenging projects, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain scalable and secure APIs and web services in ASP.NET Core * Implement system integrations, ensuring data integrity and performance * Collaborate with front\-end and product teams for technical alignment * Perform performance, security, and scalability optimizations * Model data using Entity Framework Core * Support medium-complexity architectural decisions * Participate in code reviews, suggesting best practices and improvements * Contribute to technical documentation and application monitoring **Requirements and Qualifications** * 3–5 years of back\-end development experience with ASP.NET Core/Framework * Proficiency in C\#, RESTful APIs, and Entity Framework Core * Experience with SQL Server and T\-SQL * Knowledge of Node.js and system integrations * Familiarity with Azure and cloud infrastructure * Experience with Git for source code versioning * Experience collaborating in agile squads **Differentiators** * Experience with high-availability and scalable applications * Knowledge of software engineering design patterns and best practices **Additional Information** **Contract Type:** PJ **Work Model:** Hybrid – 4 days on-site and 1 day remote per week **Work Locations:** São Paulo – Vila Mariana At Tecsa Group, our purpose is simple: care for people to build a healthier future.
