Opportunity for growth and technical development Thermomatic, a market leader in its segment for 40 years, is seeking a **Refrigeration Technician**: Responsibilities * Perform maintenance on technical support equipment, including residential, commercial, and industrial units; * Conduct field maintenance on technical support equipment whenever necessary; * Identify potential mass-production defects that may trigger a product recall; * Ensure personal and team safety during working hours (use of PPEs and adherence to safety procedures); * Maintain organization and cleanliness of supplies required for work execution (workbench, tools, equipment); * Collaborate with management to develop and implement new processes aimed at improving departmental performance and productivity; * Provide technical support to the Customer Service Center (CSC) whenever technical guidance is required; * Ensure compliance with technical procedures, operational standards, and regulations; * Uphold the company’s image among coworkers, peers, and customers; * Report discrepancies, incidents, and abnormalities to the department manager; * Provide technical support to the team by sharing knowledge and offering guidance; * Support management whenever necessary; * Meet deadlines to ensure the company maintains its service standard for customers; * Consistently focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and team upskilling; * Perform failure analysis using quality tools; * Conduct technical visits for corrective or preventive maintenance, or for new product implementation, always complying with THERMOMATIC’s quality standards.
