Description
We are looking for a **Maintenance Tire Technician** to join our operational team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of tires in our fleet, directly performing preventive and corrective maintenance. If you have experience with heavy vehicles and a strong focus on safety, this position is for you!
**Main Responsibilities**
* Perform tire repairs and replacements according to the workshop schedule;
* Carry out tire mounting and dismounting on trailers, trucks, and light vehicles;
* Conduct operational fault diagnostics and periodic inspections (technical checklists);
* Fulfill service orders (SO) according to leadership priorities;
* Apply control numbering (hot stamping) and manage tire inventory (new, retreaded, and used);
* Ensure fleet tire inflation routine and organization of mounted tire assemblies inventory;
* Maintain and care for department tools and equipment.
**Requirements**
* **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in this role (5 years’ experience with heavy vehicles preferred);
* **Technical Knowledge:** Wheel and tire mounting/dismounting, general tire repairs, knowledge of tire dimensions and wear patterns;
* **Tools:** Proficiency in handling specialized tire shop tools;
* **Education:** Completed High School (preferred).
