Organization and standardization of administrative processes within the area We seek a **Maintenance Technician** to join the **strategic maintenance** area and become part of our rapid response team—a group dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance, focused on fast and efficient service delivery. **Available Shifts:** Morning (7 AM to 7 PM) and Night (7 PM to 7 AM) **Work Schedule:** Marshal **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supporting field teams, ensuring administrative, operational, and logistical support for maintenance activities. Ensures availability of information, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation required for efficient service execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor maintenance resources, demands, and activities; * Support the organization and standardization of administrative processes within the area; * Manage information and controls using spreadsheets and corporate systems; * Monitor communication flows and follow-up actions via e\-mail with internal departments and suppliers; * Contribute to operational efficiency of teams by ensuring continuous support for field activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed technical education, preferably in Administration, Logistics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Active professional council registration * Brazilian National Driver's License – Category B **Knowledge and Experience** * Experience in administrative support activities for maintenance, operations, or warehouse functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. * Experience in developing and managing controls, spreadsheets, and reports. * Ability to control and monitor materials, tools, equipment, and inventory. * Knowledge of creating, tracking, and updating service orders, demands, and operational records. * Capability to organize and control maintenance-related information, documents, and indicators. * Familiarity with maintenance processes, service planning, and logistics supporting field teams. * Strong communication and interaction skills with operational teams, suppliers, and support departments. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of priority. * Planning and activity control capability. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Agility in resolving administrative demands. * Teamwork and focus on meeting operational needs. * Commitment, accountability, and results orientation. **Desirable** * Experience with maintenance management systems (SAP, Maximo, ERP or similar). * Experience in warehouse routines, maintenance planning, or scheduling. * Basic knowledge of maintenance indicators and resource control. **Additional Information** **Join Sabesp and Make History!** Sabesp is undergoing one of the most transformative periods in its history.
