Maintenance Technician (Pleno)

Description

We are seeking a professional to perform maintenance at fuel distribution bases, in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unscheduled maintenance activities for the unit, following safety regulations and internal procedures. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance at the Marabá (PA) Base, as part of the local maintenance team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, electrical panels, valves, automation and instrumentation systems; * Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions to correct anomalies in systems and equipment; * Complete and control safety documentation, including Work Permits (PTs) and Risk Analyses; * Preliminary Risk Analyses (APR or AST), ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Support external inspections by regulatory agencies and internal audits, providing technical assistance and information regarding systems under your responsibility; * Prepare technical lists of materials and spare parts required for maintenance, supporting procurement planning and inventory control; * Support functional testing and commissioning of equipment after maintenance; * Provide technical support to less experienced colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices; * Record activities in maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo), ensuring traceability and asset history; * Participate in safety meetings, technical training, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of work areas and tools. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields listed in the National Catalog of Technical Courses (CNCT); * Prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in operational bases or environments with potentially explosive atmospheres; * Knowledge of electrical equipment such as motors, MCCs, electrical panels, generators, circuit breakers, and 13.8 kV feeders, as well as mechanical equipment used in the oil sector, including motor-pumps, valves, piping and fittings, volumetric meters, etc.; * Availability to work occasionally on Sundays and holidays; * Willingness to travel occasionally to support other VIBRA units; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Prior experience in industrial environments or operational bases is an advantage; * Familiarity with SAP/R3; * Knowledge of automation/instrumentation and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS); * Experience in supervision of services/construction projects. **Additional information** **And more — check out our comprehensive benefits package:** * Health and Dental Plan – Bradesco – extendable to dependents * PAE – Financial assistance provided for dependent children and/or stepchildren with intellectual disabilities * Pharmacy Program – Discounts of up to 85% * Supplementary Pension Plan – FlexPrev Plan – ranging from 1% to 11%, depending on salary * Life Insurance – coverage for all employees starting from their admission date, at no cost to the employee * Extended Leave – Maternity leave (total of 180 days) and Paternity leave (total of 20 days) * Meal/Voucher Allowance – Caju Benefits * Educational Assistance – For dependents up to high school level * TotalPass * Solar Subscription – Opportunity to obtain special discounts on electricity bills through enrollment in a distributed generation plan * Smiles Corporate Club – Discounts of up to 50% on plans to help you plan your trips.
