The company offers a wide range of accommodation options, from luxury hotels to more affordable alternatives. **Responsibilities:** Monitor workload demand and size the team accordingly to avoid impacts on quality and productivity. Organize, train, and supervise the team, ensuring compliance with regulations, discipline, appearance, and safety. Define and monitor work schedules, shifts, and workloads in coordination with leadership. Ensure efficient execution of preventive, corrective maintenance, and service orders across all hotel areas. Ensure the team has appropriate equipment and materials, overseeing correct and safe usage. Participate in team training and development, establishing standards and evaluating performance. Support fire brigade training and ensure security systems operate properly. Track pending items and guarantee service execution within deadlines. Control and review departmental records, reports, and spreadsheets, addressing deviations and irregularities. Maintain technical control of electromechanical equipment, including maintenance records and history. Develop and monitor maintenance programs (e.g., “Ken Fix It”), ensuring high-quality standards. Control inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials, defining minimum and maximum levels. Maintain constant communication with management regarding operations and potential risks. Substitute for the immediate supervisor when necessary, assuming departmental responsibilities. Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership. Tasks relevant to standard Maintenance Assistant routines. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as Maintenance Technician, General Services Assistant, Maintenance Operator, or Maintenance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
