Job Summary: Machine Operator responsible for operating, setting up, and performing autonomous maintenance on CNC and/or injection molding machines, controlling product quality and suggesting improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and set up CNC and/or injection molding machines independently and safely 2. Control final product quality and perform feeding and setup 3. Perform autonomous maintenance and suggest process improvements Description: To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Completed elementary education; * LID\- Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings; As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: * Operating and setting up machines (CNC and/or injection molding) and tools by entering parameters, independently and safely; * Processing parts by activating specific commands and controlling final product quality; * Verifying the quantity of parts to be processed, following production order, feeding the machine whenever necessary, and sorting parts into production batches; * Performing machine feeding and setup according to programming instructions, acting as a technical reference in the area and suggesting improvements to processes under your responsibility; * Performing autonomous maintenance of tooling and equipment in your work area; * Recording production orders; * Suggesting and implementing improvements to products/processes. 2512100202181763316
