If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **come be Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Patrols and Monitoring:** * Conduct daily patrols throughout all store areas, focusing on high-risk zones such as fitting rooms, sales floor, stockroom, and cash registers. * Monitor store opening and closing procedures, as well as armored vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring asset and cash security. **Inventory Control and Goods Receipt:** * Supervise product receipt and dispatch, including truck arrivals, item counting, verification of goods and equipment, collector control, and fiscal invoice management—contributing to loss reduction. * Inspect returned or damaged items received, ensuring proper labeling and correct positioning of security tags; request corrective actions when necessary. **Loss Prevention Records and Reports:** * Be responsible for entries in loss prevention logs, recording dates, times, and types of incidents involving employees and customers. * Document incidents occurring in fitting rooms and lockers, performing controls and reporting detected issues to supervision. **Security Monitoring:** * Monitor CCTV footage, observing actions and incidents, performing daily recordings and backups in collaboration with the Loss Prevention team, ensuring accurate records for control and investigation purposes. **Theft and Robbery Prevention:** * Act discreetly to prevent thefts and robberies within store premises by observing suspicious behavior, communicating via radio, and applying company-approved procedures. **Cost Reduction and Resource Management:** * Contribute to reducing water and energy consumption by conducting periodic inspections across departments and taking corrective actions when required. **Customer Service:** * Assist in the sales area when needed—guiding customers on products, promotions, and services; issuing cards and providing shopping bags—to support a positive shopping experience and enhance store performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must definitely have:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in security or monitoring roles, particularly in loss prevention, risk management, and general sales-related customer service. * Basic Office software skills and familiarity with physical security monitoring systems. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Profit Sharing (PLR) (per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Caedu Product Discount Educational Partnerships SESC Agreement Pharmacy Agreement Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
