The selected candidate will plan, coordinate, and supervise end-to-end logistics projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They will coordinate multidisciplinary teams of 25–30 people, foster continuous improvement, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. They will also be responsible for implementing safety regulations and proposing innovative solutions to optimize resources. Previous experience in project management—preferably in logistics—is required, along with education in logistics, engineering, or administration. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with planning tools are essential. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with afternoon working hours and on-site work in Vitória–ES.
