Come transform the future of operations and be part of an innovative and dynamic team! **Work Model: Hybrid/Field-based (Focus on partner visits + 1 fixed day in the office) Location: São Paulo/SP Level: Senior** Role Responsibilities: * Manage relationships with owners and managers of Logistics Operators, acting as the “account manager.” * Conduct periodic management rituals (weekly/monthly performance meetings), presenting results and performance diagnostics. * Develop and monitor action plans (PDCA) to correct indicator deviations. * Ensure partners adhere to the company’s quality standards and compliance requirements. * Perform tactical demand vs. capacity planning for your portfolio of LOs. * Operationalize system scale-up, ensuring alignment with the plan. * Monitor operations in real time alongside partners. * Monitor operational KPIs and fleet lifecycle daily (onboarding, engagement, churn). * Translate raw dashboard data into actionable business insights to guide LO decision-making. Role Qualifications: * Experience: Prior experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery, transportation management, or franchise/partner management. * Analytical Profile: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation). Knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase) is a plus. * Problem Solving: Ability to look at poor metrics, investigate root causes, and propose practical solutions. * Influence & Negotiation: Skill in diplomatically and collaboratively holding third-party partners accountable for results, building long-term relationships. * Availability: This role is primarily field-based (visits).
