Join us to leverage your leadership and technical skills to make an impact. **Responsibilities** * Develop advanced features while ensuring excellent code quality * Resolve and diagnose technical challenges efficiently * Stay informed about the latest Flutter updates and best practices * Manage deadlines and project priorities effectively * Lead collaboration with a team of 6 to 10 members * Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams * Deliver superior quality work that surpasses client expectations in a feature factory setting * Design user interface elements using MVVM architecture * Create and maintain unit, widget, and automated testing suites * Coordinate efforts across cross\-functional teams to meet project goals * Enhance mobile app performance and scalability * Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback * Participate actively in planning and alignment sessions * Adapt to evolving project needs and handle ambiguity **Requirements** * Extensive Flutter development experience of over 3 years * Strong proficiency in Dart programming language * Proven expertise with Android Studio for mobile development * Background in native iOS and Android programming using Swift and Kotlin * Deep understanding of MVVM architectural pattern * Advanced skills in state management and UI design using Flutter * Experience with ReactJS and React Native frameworks * Capability to troubleshoot and debug complex problems * Excellent communication abilities * Detail\-oriented and proactive work ethic * Ability to independently manage multiple tasks * Experience working in agile teams of medium size * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Capacity to navigate complexity and ambiguity in projects * English language proficiency at B2\+ level **Nice to have** * Experience developing unit, widget, and automated tests for mobile applications * Knowledge of planning and alignment processes * Technically savvy with a continuous learning attitude * Experience managing client relationships * Familiarity with agile development methodologies
