Ensure the integrity and up-to-dateness of project documentation, implementing governance and traceability standards for audits and continuous improvement. * 4\. Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, responding to tickets and requests within SLAs and maintaining detailed records. * 5\. Act as the technical subject matter expert during implementation, resolving complex challenges and guiding clients in critical decision-making. * 6\. Conduct post-implementation analysis (initial adoption phase), monitoring client performance and proposing adjustments to maximize outcomes. * 7\. Lead high-level meetings with clients and internal teams, aligning expectations, schedules, and customized strategies. * 8\. Provide consultative support, anticipating needs and ensuring a differentiated experience focused on retention and satisfaction. * 9\. Perform technical reviews prior to final delivery, ensuring all project phases meet agreed-upon requirements. * 10\.
