Technical Leader / Tech Lead (Node + Angular)

Description

We are looking for a Technical Leader to guide our engineering team in evolving robust JavaScript/TypeScript-based products. In this role, you will split your time between hands-on technical architecture definition and team development, ensuring excellence in Front-end (Angular) and Back-end (Node.js) deliveries. We seek someone with a holistic product vision, capable of translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. ### **Responsibilities and Assignments** * **Architecture and Decision-Making:** Define architectural standards, tools, and best practices for projects built with Node.js and Angular. * **Mentoring and Technical Leadership:** Guide and support the technical growth of team members, conducting critical code reviews. * **Proactive Quality Assurance:** Establish and ensure metrics for test coverage, software security, and performance. * **Complexity Resolution (Reactive):** Serve as the technical focal point in Jira to unblock complex impediments and support critical production incidents. * **Technical Evolution (Proactive):** Identify technical debt across the current ecosystem and propose short-, medium-, and long-term action plans for system modernization. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer or Technical Leader. * Advanced expertise in the **Node.js** ecosystem (Express, NestJS, or similar). * Advanced expertise in the **Angular** framework, including component architecture, TypeScript, and RxJS. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). * Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, Microservices, Design Patterns). * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture (Docker, Kubernetes). * Solid experience with Agile methodologies and workflow management via **Jira**. #### **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Knowledge of BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) and micro-frontend strategies. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/food allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: talks, forums, knowledge exchanges, and discussions related to our business.
