Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Leader to drive the development and evolution of the MoMa project solutions, integrating technology, processes, and data to build scalable products. Ensure technical governance, documentation, and product standardization We are seeking a **Product Leader** to drive the development and evolution of the MoMa project solutions, integrating technology, processes, and data to build scalable, high-value products for the business. This role is strategic and primarily challenges the candidate to transform technical knowledge into structured, replicable, data-driven solutions, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and company competitiveness. **Responsibilities** * Define and structure the technical architecture of systems and solutions * Develop and standardize operational processes and flowcharts * Lead data architecture and integration with digital platforms (IoT) * Specify industrial instrumentation and automation * Technically manage suppliers and evaluate proposals * Structure and monitor the product lifecycle (roadmap and versioning) * Ensure technical governance, documentation, and standardization * Promote continuous improvement based on data and field performance **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical, Automation, Production, or related fields) * English (a significant advantage) * Experience in developing integrated systems (process \+ data) * Knowledge of data architecture, IoT, and digital platforms * Experience in industrial instrumentation and automation * Experience in technical supplier management * Involvement in industrial or sanitation projects
