We are looking for a **Junior Welder** to join the **EAB team** in **Paraguaçu Paulista.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Learn shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) operations; * Record consumables used during the welding process; * Perform welding activities during the off-season period, according to department scheduling and planning; * Perform welding during emergency maintenance; * Maintain personal protective equipment as well as company assets and property; * Assist in corrective emergency maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Knowledge of welding tools (preferred); * Teamwork skills; availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Commitment to safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes four main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data, if required. * Intelligent Interview: In this stage, you will participate in an **audio interview supported by artificial intelligence**, a technology that helps us make the process faster and more standardized.
