




Job Summary: Tax Analyst to work in an accounting office, performing analysis and classification of tax documents, preparing reports, and monitoring tax legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive, analytical profile with critical thinking. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CLT.** COMPANY SEGMENT: ACCOUNTING OFFICE. **Responsibilities** \- Analyze and classify input and output tax documents; \- Monitor the capture of invoices and organize clients' tax documents; \- Prepare tax reports and support the accounting department in calculation routines; \- Calculate state taxes (ICMS, DIFAL, ICMS-ST, Anticipated ICMS, and FCP) in accordance with current legislation; \- Prepare and submit state-level ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, DIEF, SEDIF, GIA); \- Monitor companies' tax compliance status and advise clients on potential pending matters; \- Perform invoice manifesting and issue tax documents when necessary; \- Analyze product taxation and configure tax parameters in systems; \- Monitor updates to applicable tax legislation; \- Use the office's adopted systems and platforms for tax routines. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, completed or in progress; Experience or practical exposure in the tax area; Knowledge of state taxes and ancillary obligations; Proficiency with tax systems and routines; Strong communication skills, organization, and teamwork ability; Proactive, analytical profile with critical thinking. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. **Benefits Offered** Salary: Category salary \+ Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, and Transportation Voucher.
