Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in system development, working on Front-End and/or Back-End projects, and possessing knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow. Key Highlights: 1. Development using No-Code, Low-Code, and High-Code approaches **What we are looking for?** We seek a professional with experience in system development, working on Front\-End and/or Back\-End projects, and possessing knowledge of the ITSM module, including incident management, problem management, user management, and permissions (ACLs and CMDB). Experience with No\-Code, Low\-Code, and High\-Code development in ServiceNow is essential, as well as experience with portals, widgets, and integrations with external APIs. **Main Responsibilities:** Program, code, and test systems in the relevant language, transitioning across Front\-End and/or Back\-End development projects; Modify systems to meet new business rules; Perform system maintenance, implementing necessary changes to meet user requirements; Develop assembly, debugging, and testing procedures for programs; perform maintenance tasks on already-developed programs; Execute routine programming tasks; Assist in system evolution; Map business rules in existing systems. **Requirements:** Experience with the ITSM module, including incident management, problem management, resolution of user issues, permissions (ACLs), and asset permissions (CMDB module); Experience developing requirements using No\-Code, Low\-Code, and High\-Code techniques, such as Business Rules, Client Scripts in Record Producers, Script Includes, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs in Data Configuration defined by the client, and Flows in Flow Designer; Experience with portals using Front\-end and Widgets (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and JavaScript); Experience creating tables, fields, and Record Producers; Experience integrating with external APIs using existing ServiceNow data. **Work Location: Remote** **Why build your career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
