If you identify with our business, explore our career opportunities. **Job Description** MSX is looking for candidates holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Systems Analysis and Development—or related fields. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Mapping and analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities; * Defining technical and functional solution scopes in collaboration with relevant departments; * Developing and implementing automations using Python and RPA tools; * Conducting unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure delivery quality; * Documenting automated processes clearly and systematically (flowcharts, manuals, technical documentation); * Collaborating with IT teams and business units to ensure integration and efficiency; * Monitoring and supporting production robots, proposing continuous improvements; * Evaluating new technologies and tools for automation innovation. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in the fields mentioned above; * Experience with: Python 3, Selenium, Pandas, API consumption, Git/GitHub, SQL (Oracle and SQL Server), Databricks, Azure platform; * Preferred: Django, Flask, FastAPI, RabbitMQ; * Intermediate English and basic Spanish. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; * Work location: São Caetano do Sul – SP (hybrid model – office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays); What we offer: * Fixed salary; * Benefits; This position is open to individuals with disabilities or INSS-rehabilitated persons.
