Junior Receptionist

Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking a Junior Receptionist for Bourbon Hotel e Suítes Curitiba. This professional will be responsible for greeting our guests, complying with internal and external standards and procedures, as well as adhering to the general policies of Bourbon Hotéis & Resorts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet guests and customers, ensuring a positive experience; * Assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay; * Register guests in the system; * Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel services; * Assist with room reservations, considering availability and guest preferences; * Verify and close the cash register; * Issue fiscal receipt reports and verify all data with the guest; * Support the Messaging team. REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced English; * Incomplete undergraduate degree; * Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry; * Basic proficiency in reservation management systems and telephone customer service; * Intermediate-level English and/or Spanish; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in high-end service and the hospitality sector.
