Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise and coordinate production team activities, ensuring efficient execution of processes. * Plan production scheduling, considering established deadlines and targets. * Monitor performance and productivity indicators, implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the entire production process. * Prepare managerial reports on production progress and key challenges encountered. * Collaborate in identifying process improvements and implementing optimization initiatives. * Ensure proper maintenance and usage of production equipment and tools. * Promote communication among different departments involved in the production chain.
