Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organization, inventory control, portioning, solution preparation, machine setup, and ensuring traceability and quality in production. Key Highlights: 1. Performs cleaning and organization of the production area 2. Responsible for product portioning and preparation 3. Participates in developing continuous improvement plans Responsible for cleaning and organizing the area, including external tank sanitation and sanitization of production equipment. Conducts weekly inventory checks and monitors production scheduling, performing separation of production orders according to the established schedule. Performs product portioning with proper weighing and identification, as well as lotion preparation and release of solutions for the production process. Performs pre-work required for machine setup, including cleaning and sanitization of filling equipment. Responsible for proper disposal of waste and thorough cleaning and organization of the area after solution preparation. Inspects the water pre-treatment and purification system and operates Reverse Osmosis equipment. Performs sanitization of the water system. Enters production orders into the system, ensuring process traceability. Participates in developing continuous improvement plans and strictly adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Also performs sampling for quality control, assists in scheduling preventive maintenance plans, and contributes to organizing and controlling raw material and supply inventories. Additionally performs other duties inherent to the area, as directed by leadership and operational requirements.
