Does this opportunity align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for conducting audits of clinical processes and documents, verifying compliance with established regulations and standards, in order to ensure correct procedure execution and accuracy of information to support billing and contribute to the institution’s operational efficiency. 1\. Analyze clinical documents and records through detailed review of medical charts and physician reports, verifying whether performed procedures comply with current regulations and ensuring accurate coding for billing. 2\. Evaluate the relevance and necessity of procedures and hospitalizations using technical criteria and established protocols, aiming to ensure quality of care and appropriate use of resources. 3\. Record information and opinions in specific electronic systems, organizing data clearly and accurately to facilitate the audit process and internal control. 4\. Prepare periodic reports based on analyses conducted, using administrative tools to tabulate and present results, supporting decision-making and process improvement. 5\. Communicate\-with multidisciplinary teams through meetings and information exchanges, clarifying doubts and guiding best practices to ensure alignment and continuous service improvement. 6\. Monitor adherence to internal regulations and procedures through regular audits, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions to ensure compliance and sector efficiency. 7\.
