Join us as a \#Finneter **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor IT operations, applications, and file traffic; * Provide first-level support to internal and external customers; * Escalate and support technical teams in analyzing and resolving incidents; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields; * Prior experience in IT (NOC, monitoring, technical support, or related areas); * Knowledge of **Linux** and/or **Networking**; * Familiarity with Bash, Python, and/or Perl; * Understanding of **Observability concepts** (metrics, logs, traces); * Experience creating dashboards and defining alerts in **Grafana.** **Expected Profile** * Critical analytical skills and problem-solving ability; * Strong communication and clarity when documenting/escalating incidents; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Organizational skills and commitment to established processes; * Team collaboration and assertive communication.
