Here, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your value and challenge yourself, helping **the largest players in the Brazilian market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating shift schedule, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM); * Monitor cloud environments (infrastructure, applications, and services) continuously, ensuring proactive detection of failures and outages using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability solutions; * Contribute to Neogrid’s service stability and availability by promptly, clearly, and accurately opening, categorizing, and escalating incidents according to defined workflows; * Conduct initial analyses of events and alerts, seeking correlations among metrics and logs to aid in diagnosing failures in critical environments; * Track technical tickets until resolution, collaborating with Level 2/Level 3 teams and ensuring complete documentation, assertive communication, and frequent updates; * Guide users or technical teams during escalations, providing relevant incident information, alarm history, and actions already taken—maintaining a technically sound and collaborative posture; * Promptly resolve low- and medium-complexity events whenever they fall within the available knowledge base and operational procedures, documenting each action; * Help continuously improve the technical knowledge base (procedures, scripts, support workflows) by suggesting adjustments based on shift occurrences and identified recurring issues; * Assist in validating new monitoring implementations (hosts, templates, triggers) and in onboarding new applications/systems into Zabbix, in partnership with SRE/CloudOps teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with Zabbix (mandatory); familiarity with other tools such as Prometheus or Grafana is desirable; * Basic understanding of observability, metric analysis, log analysis, and application behavior; * Fundamental knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems; * Proficiency in opening and managing tickets using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI, etc.; * Ability to understand and act upon triggers, thresholds, and dashboards; * Basic knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and connectivity; **Education and Certifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Technology, Networking, or Infrastructure fields; * Zabbix certification or training (Admin/User) is desirable; * LPIC-1 or similar certification is desirable; * Introductory cloud courses (AWS, Azure, GCP) are desirable. **Behavioral Traits** * Analytical, detail-oriented profile with a strong sense of urgency; * Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude; * Organized and responsible at work. **Additional Information** At Neogrid, People Matter.
