




Job Summary: This Junior HR Department Analyst will perform termination calculations, onboarding, onboarding integration, and vacation management, ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for termination calculations and employee onboarding. 2. Will handle onboarding, time tracking, and vacation management. 3. Will support eSocial, e-CAC, and ancillary obligations. **Position: Junior HR Department Analyst** **Location:** Mogi das Cruzes – SP **Work Model:** 100% in-person **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **termination calculations**, verifying entitlements and required documentation for employee offboarding. * Manage **employee onboarding processes**, including: * Requesting and verifying documents; * Scheduling **pre-employment medical examinations**; * Issuing **letters for opening salary accounts**. * Conduct **onboarding of new employees**, providing initial guidance and company policies. * Register **new employees in the system**, and process offboarding of terminated employees. * Perform **daily time tracking entries** in the Secullum system and support the **monthly time tracking closing**. * Perform **vacation calculation and management**, including: * Verifying acquisition and concession periods; * Generating reports; * Updating the **vacation scheduling spreadsheet**. * Administer **benefits**, such as flexible benefits platforms, Via Nova, and SPTrans. * Support routines related to **eSocial, e-CAC, and payment of ancillary obligations**. * Ensure **continuous updates in accordance with current labor legislation**. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the **HR Department** routines listed above. * Knowledge of **time tracking closing, eSocial, and e-CAC**. * Experience with **termination calculations and vacation management**. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. **Benefits:** * Flexible **benefits platform** * **Via Nova** * **SPTrans** Compensation: R$3.339,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have prior experience in the HR Department routines mentioned above?
