




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for preparing payroll, monitoring its processing, managing onboarding, and performing other duties related to the position. Key Highlights: 1. Electronic timekeeping control and verification Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management; * Prior experience in the role is desirable; * Candidates must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, updated according to the official vaccination schedule (minimum: 1 dose \+ bivalent vaccine within the last year). * Prepare the Institution's payroll by entering into the payroll system all information affecting employee payments, enabling accurate calculation; * Monitor all stages of payroll processing until final reports are issued, analyzing such reports to identify inconsistencies; * Generate bank payment lists for salary disbursement and forward them to Accounting for appropriate payment scheduling; * Perform onboarding procedures for new employees, including requesting required documents, updating employee records, issuing Employment Contracts, Probationary Contracts, Employee Registration Forms, and arranging for registration in the Employment Record Book (Carteira de Trabalho), ensuring effective onboarding; * Issue electronic timekeeping reports and submit them to managers for validation; upon receipt of feedback, verify the reports and process the data for payroll; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position. 251205020218193072
