Description
Ensure the supply of production inputs and other materials used by the company at the lowest possible cost, while meeting established deadlines and quality standards for products and services.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Conduct supplier availability research for products and services, covering all procurement classifications regardless of ABC classification (internet searches, trade events, e\-mails), to collect pricing and brand information, aiming to identify optimal purchasing opportunities;
* Execute consolidated purchases according to categories defined in the procurement planning and as determined by the Procurement Management team;
* Issue scheduled Purchase/Supply Orders containing supplier/service provider registration data, item description, brand, unit price, quantity, scheduled delivery date, and negotiated payment terms and conditions, forwarding them to respective suppliers;
* Monitor daily deliveries of purchased items, ensuring products and services are delivered on the agreed dates and under the agreed conditions;
* Research alternative products aligned with production process capabilities to improve product quality and reduce operational costs, requesting samples for testing and documentation for review by the Technical Supplier Qualification Committee (CTQF);
* Receive daily purchase requests by product category and obtain quotations via the electronic procurement platform and/or e\-mail; monitor issued quotations/requests to ensure timely responses, particularly for urgent and scheduled orders;
* Monitor the return process for goods delivered inconsistent with the purchase order;
* Prepare and analyze comparison charts (Excel spreadsheets) of supplier quotations (responses to quotation requests) received via e\-mail; for the electronic platform, generate the general PDC report classifying quotations from lowest to highest value;
* Register new suppliers in the Management System for consultation and quotation purposes, as required;
* Negotiate supply contracts for products and services;
* Develop projects aimed at cost reduction and improved delivery efficiency;
* Monitor project implementation;
* Draft operational procedures based on regulations governing the procurement and supply chain area;
* Prepare project presentations for monthly meetings of the Procurement and Supply Chain department.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Preferably pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or related fields, Hospital Administration, or Logistics;
* Basic computer literacy;
* Prior experience in this role is desirable.

**The Healthcare Network**
The Healthcare Network of the Butantã Technical Health Supervision is located in the western zone of the Municipality of São Paulo, covering an area of 12.5 square kilometers with a population of 428\.217 residents, according to the 2010 census. It spans five Administrative Districts: Morumbi, Raposo Tavares, Rio Pequeno, Butantã, and Vila Sonia, and falls under the Western Regional Health Coordination of the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo. Since April 1, 2016, it has been managed by OSS\-SPDM — Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine — under a Management Agreement signed with the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo (SMS\-NTCSS).
