Here, early-career professionals receive technical mentoring, progressive challenges, and clearly defined development paths—gradually advancing toward greater autonomy and complexity. **YOUR MISSION WILL BE** * Support the development and maintenance of applications and microservices, primarily using Java, Kotlin, and Python. * Collaborate in building cloud-based solutions on AWS, including services such as Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, and SQS. * Participate in designing and executing automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability. * Support CI/CD pipelines while learning best practices in version control and automation. * Work alongside more experienced developers, participating in code reviews, backlog refinements, and agile ceremonies. * Learn and apply foundational concepts of observability, resilience, and software engineering best practices. Collaborate with teams such as Product, Security, and Operations to understand how solutions impact customers. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **What skills do you need?** * Basic or academic-level knowledge of programming logic and software development (Java, Kotlin, or Python). * Interest in learning about system architecture, microservices, and cloud computing. * Familiarity with Git and source code versioning. * Eagerness to learn software quality practices, testing, and CI/CD. * Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to work effectively in teams. * Interest in technical growth and building a career in software engineering.
