Job Summary: The Junior Automation Analyst - RPA is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and optimize tasks. Optimize execution time for repetitive tasks About the Position The Junior Automation Analyst \- RPA is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, aiming to increase operational efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize the execution time of repetitive tasks within the organization. Requirements * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields * Basic knowledge of programming logic * Basic knowledge of Power Automate * Basic knowledge of Excel and data manipulation * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Responsibilities * Map and document processes eligible for automation * Conduct testing and validation of developed automations * Provide support and maintenance for production robots * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization * Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements * Document solutions and create technical manuals * Participate in digital transformation projects Desirable Requirements * Certification in RPA tools * Knowledge of Python * Experience with SQL and databases * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Prior experience in process automation (internship or projects) Knowledge of OCR and document processing **Benefits:** Competitive salary, health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation or mobility allowance, discounts at universities, and career development plan. **Location:** Campo Grande \- Cariacica/ES **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday through Friday.
