




Job Summary: The professional will manage documents, support the drafting of technical manuals and contracts, and assist in requesting materials and services as well as maintaining administrative systems. Key Highlights: 1. Document and process management and organization 2. Support in drafting technical manuals and contract adjustments 3. Support in computerized systems and administrative activities a) Sort, verify, and distribute documents; b) Record document inflow and outflow; c) Locate and classify documents/processes; d) Update information; e) Request and/or make copies of documents; f) Receive, register, format, and digitize documents; g) Archive documents; h) Type texts and spreadsheets; i) Fill out forms and/or registrations; j) Collect data; k) Complete registrations and work with computerized systems; l) Provide operational support for drafting technical manuals; m) Support contract adjustments; n) Monitor notifications; o) Forward internal protocols; p) Request registration information; q) Monitor order progress; r) Conduct research; s) Provide information; t) Assess material requirements and request them when necessary; u) Assist in purchasing/contracting materials/services; v) Distribute office supplies; w) Assist and support the execution of development and maintenance activities for administrative and technical systems. **Requirements:** Requirements a) Windows and tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; b) Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox; and c) Electronic Information System – SEI.
