Job Summary: Develop object-oriented Java solutions, implement REST services, and work with technologies such as Kubernetes and Kafka, applying best practices and unit tests to ensure quality and scalability. Integrate systems using Kafka . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop solutions using object-oriented Java programming, applying appropriate Design Patterns for the context; * Implement REST applications and services, ensuring standardization, security, and efficiency in inter-system communication; * Apply architecture and development best practices to ensure modularity, scalability, and technical quality; * Work with Kubernetes and Spring Cloud for creation, deployment, and orchestration of distributed services; * Integrate systems and services using Kafka, ensuring asynchronous communication and high performance; * Perform unit testing to validate business rules and maintain continuous code quality; * Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, architectural standards, and consistency across system components. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of back-end development with object-oriented Java and Design Patterns; * Experience developing REST applications and services; * Knowledge of Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Cloud/WebFlux desirable); * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for service orchestration; * Experience with asynchronous integrations using Kafka; * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases; * Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed environments; * Experience with unit testing and engineering best practices; * Experience with Agile processes and participation in Scrum ceremonies; * Familiarity with continuous integration and automation practices; * Basic understanding of secure software development and security best practices.
