Collaboration and continuous improvement in process optimization Job Description **Department:** Technology and Innovation. **Responsibility:** Support the Integration and Configuration team in optimizing internal processes and delivering customized solutions to clients. This role focuses on hands-on learning and applying automation tools (n8n) and AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot), contributing to system integration and smooth operation of company systems. The intern will have the opportunity to develop advanced technical skills in an innovative work environment. Responsibilities * **Learning and Operating n8n:** Learn to use n8n to design, implement, and monitor automation and system integration workflows. * **AI-Assisted Coding with Copilot:** Use GitHub Copilot (or a similar "vibe coding" tool) to assist in script development and feature customization, aiming for improved productivity and code quality. * **Integration Support:** Assist in maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of enterprise tools and systems by performing adjustments under supervision. * **Configuration Support:** Support CRM and ERP system configuration, ensuring settings meet specific client requirements. * **Collaboration and Documentation:** Collaborate with development and support teams, and document developed automation workflows and scripts. * **Continuous Improvement:** Monitor automation performance and propose improvements, actively participating in optimizing existing processes. Required Competencies and Knowledge (Focus on Learning) * **Programming Logic:** Basic knowledge to understand and solve integration and automation problems. * **Automation Concepts (n8n):** Familiarity with workflow and integration concepts using tools like n8n. * **Google Sheets:** Intermediate level, including knowledge of functions and data organization. * **API Concepts:** Basic understanding of how different systems communicate via APIs. **JavaScript or Python:** Basic familiarity.
