The IT Developer Analyst I will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and integration of the company's internal systems and applications. This role will involve programming, data structuring, database management, and basic API integrations, ensuring the quality and proper functioning of technological solutions under the supervision of senior developers and technical leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support in the development and maintenance of internal applications, following good programming practices. * Apply fundamentals of programming logic and data structures in routines and scripts. * Execute queries and data manipulation in relational databases (SQL) and Salesforce databases (SOQL). * Assist in simple system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. * Collaborate with the technical team to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions. * Participate in testing, documentation, and bug fixing in the development environment. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and code quality. REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of programming fundamentals (logic and data structures). * Academic or practical experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar). * Understanding of SQL/SOQL databases – ability to navigate, query, and understand relationships. * Basic knowledge of integrations and consumption of REST/SOAP APIs. * Familiarity with code versioning (Git) and development environments (VS Code, Eclipse, etc.) is desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields, either completed or in progress. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with Salesforce Platform. * Basic knowledge of corporate system integrations. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
