Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled iOS developer to lead mobile architecture decisions and mentor development teams. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with product, design, and back-end teams **About the Role** We are looking for a highly skilled iOS developer capable of leading mobile architecture decisions, serving as a technical reference for the team, and delivering exceptional digital experiences in large-scale applications. **Responsibilities** * Architect, develop, and evolve native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI * Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the mobile team * Conduct code reviews and serve as a technical mentor for senior and mid-level developers * Ensure performance, stability, and quality through unit tests, UI tests, and instrumentation tests (XCTest, XCUITest) * Integrate solutions with REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs * Collaborate with product, design (Figma), and back\-end teams to define contracts and workflows * Actively participate in CI/CD processes (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, TestFlight) * Monitor production performance and crashes (Firebase, Datadog, Sentry) **Required Qualifications** * 7\+ years of experience in native iOS development * Advanced proficiency in Swift and Objective\-C * Strong expertise in SwiftUI and UIKit * Experience with architectural patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, VIPER, or TCA * Solid knowledge of dependency management (Swift Package Manager, CocoaPods, Carthage) * Hands-on experience publishing and managing apps on the App Store (guidelines, certificates, provisioning profiles) * Experience with modern concurrency: async/await, Combine, or RxSwift **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in cross\-platform development (Flutter or React Native) for stack decision-making * Knowledge of accessibility features (VoiceOver, Dynamic Type) * Experience with high-traffic apps (1M\+ downloads) * Familiarity with ARKit, CoreML, or other native Apple frameworks * Apple Developer certification or active participation in iOS communities (WWDC, CocoaHeads) **Behavioral Profile** A product-minded professional with the ability to influence both technical and business decisions, clear communication with non-technical stakeholders, and a strong sense of ownership over delivery quality. **Here at FCamara, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
