Use of inventory management software ### **Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Control**: * Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the company has the necessary materials. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and regular inventory audits. * **Data Analysis**: * Analyze inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Prepare reports on product movement and inventory efficiency. * * **System Management**: * Use inventory management software to record and monitor product inflows and outflows. * Maintain data integrity within the inventory system. * **Continuous Improvement**: * Propose improvements to inventory control processes. * Implement best practices to maximize efficiency. ### **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in inventory or logistics. * Knowledge of inventory management systems. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ### **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Teamwork skills. * Familiarity with data analysis tools Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Preferred Education: Logistics, Technical Course
