





Job Description: We are seeking a Coordinator to work in the Internal Logistics area, with a focus on After-Sales. This role requires data-driven decision-making and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders. The professional will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process standardization, and achievement of strategic goals, with an emphasis on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities and Duties * Manage After-Sales operations at hubs and remote sites, ensuring SLA compliance and performance targets. * Make data-driven decisions, using dashboards to generate insights and root-cause analyses. * Coordinate teams to ensure alignment and development. * Standardize After-Sales processes and recover best practices to achieve a 95% On-Delivery-Time (ODT) rate across all customers and sustain this level. * Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and assertive communication. * Plan and monitor expansion of the customer portfolio. * Conduct monthly visits to hubs and customers for operational follow-up. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency. Advanced Excel skills.
