Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Your New Role:** Support the Distribution department in updating and registering market information, monitoring area-related internal processes and controls, managing document and contract workflows, and assisting in customer relationship management. Analytical mindset, Excel proficiency, and strong process and reporting tracking skills are required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Update market information: Streaming, Pay-TV, Mobile, Broadband, and Digital Media; * Monthly update of programming packages for operators and partners; * Monitor and control departmental processes; * Manage contract signature workflows via Adobe Sign; * Register documents in internal company systems: Dors, Ibravo, AFS, SAP; * Support in subscriber reporting and performance analysis; * Process equipment sales orders, activations, cancellations, and new customer registrations; * Technical Area: act as liaison between operators and our Operations team in Miami; * Assist in customer service; * Mailing list updates; * Support marketing initiatives and material distribution. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Economics, or related fields, attending night classes, with at least two years available for internship; * Proactive, focused, analytical, detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow; * Interest in the content and digital media industry: Pay-TV, apps, streaming; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Knowledge of English and/or Spanish (preferred); **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
