Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in society’s collective organization and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **About the Role** **Job Objective** Responsible for highway traffic operation and enforcement, ensuring user safety, traffic fluidity, and appropriate response to incidents on the highway. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate operational vehicles to meet the demands of assistance units (UBAs); * Deploy emergency signage at incidents compromising road safety; * Transport and provide necessary materials for traffic signage and control; * Support routine highway inspections, identifying irregularities and risks; * Provide assistance to highway users; * Respond to incidents occurring within the highway’s right-of-way; * Assist in organizing vehicle traffic flow, including diversion operations and “stop-and-go” systems; * Support operational actions to ensure traffic safety and fluidity. **What do we need from you** **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school; **Experience:** * Minimum experience in operational roles (experience on highways or incident response is desirable); **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of traffic operations and road safety; * Highway signage; * Operation of operational vehicles; **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and accountability; * Teamwork; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and initiative; * Decision-making ability; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Results-oriented mindset with customer service focus; * Ability to act effectively in emergency situations. **What's in it for you?** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work starts with a great environment.
