





Inspect processes to ensure all procedures comply with RDC 47 and 48 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. Perform routines related to quality control for incoming packaging materials and rework processes. Verify compliance with GMP requirements through daily inspections; conduct assured quality inspections (audits) at scheduled intervals; release production lines for filling operations following the release checklist. Assist the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department with visual inspection of products and dimensional inspection of packaging; keep manufacturing informed of implemented changes; perform critical analyses of rework activities for non-conforming materials arising from internal corrective actions and/or returns, and when necessary, execute the procedure operationally and report the results; calibrate scales, monitor humidity and temperature, and control water quality; assist in registering and archiving retention samples; assist with warehouse transfers in the MICROSIGA system; notify the responsible person for initiating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) of any anomalies, providing necessary data for NCR initiation; participate in meetings to develop action plans for process-related non-conformities together with involved stakeholders; support technicians regarding operational queries related to product visual quality and coding.
