Job Summary: We are seeking an electro-mechanical technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, ensuring proper operation and optimizing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detection and resolution of malfunctions in industrial machinery. 2. Coordination with external services and process optimization. 3. A proactive and communicative attitude is valued. We require a person to carry out electro-mechanical maintenance tasks on industrial machinery in the Santa Bárbara area. The objective is to detect and resolve malfunctions to ensure proper equipment operation and prevent unplanned stoppages. Responsibilities will include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of machinery. Additionally, the role involves process optimization in collaboration with the production team, incident resolution, and related documentation. Coordination with external service providers and promoting appropriate use of facilities will also be required. A medium or higher vocational qualification in Industrial Maintenance is required. At least two years of experience in industrial environments is essential, as well as availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, including weekends if necessary. A proactive and communicative attitude is highly valued.
