




Job Summary: We are seeking a senior inbound marketing professional to operate, structure, and optimize complex strategies, campaigns, and workflows in RD Station, ensuring performance and integration. Creation and optimization of emails, landing pages (LPs), forms, and automation workflows We seek a senior professional to work directly on a high-demand account, focusing on inbound marketing operations, strategy, and performance. This person will be responsible for structuring, executing, and optimizing workflows, campaigns, and customer journeys within the RD Station ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration among marketing, CRM, Conversas, and other operational touchpoints. Responsibilities also include creating marketing emails, landing pages, forms, pop-ups, WhatsApp card copy, and other related tasks. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent advertising writing ability, and deep technical expertise to translate strategy into measurable results. Key responsibilities include: - Operating and optimizing the inbound marketing strategy for a highly complex account with significant demand volume. - Working extensively with RD Station Marketing, RD CRM, and integrations with RD Conversas and other operational tools. - Creating, reviewing, and publishing marketing emails focused on performance, conversion, and communication quality. - Building and optimizing landing pages, forms, automation workflows, and nurturing journeys. - Configuring and managing link tracking, UTMs, and measurement of inbound activities. - Structuring database segmentation, automation rules, and relationship workflows aligned with business objectives. - Monitoring results, generating analyses, and proposing continuous improvements based on performance data. - Collaborating with media, content, sales, and technology teams to ensure cross-channel integration and journey efficiency. - Supporting operational evolution with strategic vision, organization, and prioritization capability. Expected Behavioral Profile: We seek a truly senior candidate with ownership mindset, deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently sustain a demanding operation with consistency and results-oriented vision. Requirements: Senior experience in inbound marketing, automation, and CRM. Advanced proficiency in RD Station Marketing. Experience integrating RD Station with CRM, WhatsApp/chat, and other marketing and sales systems. Senior-level experience creating emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and segmentation. Solid knowledge of campaign tracking, UTMs, and performance measurement. Excellent advertising writing skills, with ability to adapt tone, context, and communication objectives. Strong analytical capability for data interpretation and decision-making. Organized, autonomous, hands-on profile with effective management of concurrent tasks. Desirable: Experience managing B2B accounts or operations with multiple touchpoints. Experience of +3 years creating emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and segmentation. Knowledge of integrations via Zapier, webhooks, or similar tools. Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and conversion optimization. Experience with dashboards and monitoring inbound KPIs.
