At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.**WHAT YOU WILL DO** ------------------------ * Work on optimization and standardization of assembly processes, focusing on Safety, Quality and Efficiency; * Conduct Time & Methods studies (time motion analysis and line balancing); * Create and maintain indicators (Power BI); * Develop studies for new processes for quotations; * Develop and implement work instructions, control plans and process parameter definitions, ensuring operational robustness; * Apply root cause analysis methods to solve complex problems and prevent recurrence; * Actively participate in the implementation of improvement projects and layout optimization, aiming at operational efficiency; * Use traceability systems and statistical process control to monitor and ensure product compliance; * Collaborate interactively with various departments to seek integrated solutions. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Expertise in Time & Methods (MTM, ERGO UAS or MOST will be a plus); * Advanced Excel, including VBA and Macros; * Power BI, for dashboard development and automation; * Experience with line balancing and time motion analysis; * English proficiency for communication in meetings/calls; * Experience working with data; * Knowledge in continuous improvement will be a plus; * Availability to work on-site in Bragança Paulista. \#LI\-ONSITE
